Do ads interrupt my sessions?
No. On the free plan you’ll never see ads during a session, in the menu bar, in notifications, or in widgets. They only show up on screens like Statistics.
What happens if I miss a day?
If you have a streak freeze available, it’s used automatically and your streak continues. Free includes one a month, and you can earn another by watching an ad; Pro includes three.
Do I lose my data if I switch phones?
You can export your full history anytime, even on the free plan. With an account, your data syncs across devices.
Does Pro work on all my devices?
Yes. Your subscription is tied to your account: Mac, iPhone, Android, and web.
Can I cancel anytime?
